Eating Preferences?

Please select your eating preferences for the programme. If a particular ingredient you want to exclude or your diet choice is not listed, please email us direct at info@ryghealth.com so we can generate a plan suited to your needs.

  • The programme includes meat, egg, dairy, fish and other foods. If you don’t want any of these in your plan, please either select your diet choice or exclude them.
  • Pulses, eggs, dairy and grain will be added back into the programme at various stages. If you don’t want them to be added back in, please exclude them now. 
  • Processed foods and artificial sweeteners are already excluded, as Reset Your Health is designed to keep your blood sugar stable.

Can't commit to 3 meals a day?

We know how busy life can be... so if you know you won't have time to prepare all the recipes, just opt to do breakfast and one other meal. As long as your other meal is within the rules of the programme, you will still achieve your goals.

When do you want to start?

You can start your plan any time over the next couple of weeks.

Don't worry if you need to push back your start date. Once you’re registered, you can do that easily on the Before You Start page for both the full programme and free trial. 

You will have to begin your plan within 3 months of signing up. If you have any issues starting in this period, please email or contact us now.
